Buffet has always meant be hungry and overeat from a food bar until your about to burst.
Not here. Look over the menu, order for fresh from the kitchen whatever catches your attention.... Then if you still have room, just before you finish, order more to be prepared just for you.
Not sure if it is better that this restaurant isn't close to home or not.
Our Asian pallet would become far better educated at the risk of gained poundage.
